IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please do not purchase any of our services should the following be applicable to you:
· If you cannot or may not be able to afford to pay for any of our coaching services; services and or other services.
· If you believe that our service is operating purely as a Business opportunity
· If you assume that our services are of a Therapy/Medical alternative
· If you are making a purchase using an unauthorised payment method whereby the card holder is not legally responsible for making the payment and you do not have the permission of the card holder. The card holder is not responsible for making the payment for the services.
· Under the age of 18.
· If you are not emotional, psychologically, mentally or physically fit, sound or vulnerable to participate on any of our services/programs.

1. Service Agreement
Before starting your first session it is strongly advised you that you read carefully through all of the terms and conditions of your individual personalised coaching contract as well as the terms and conditions as outlined on this website.
2. Disclaimer
The Coach at Care2TalkLeads is not any of the following: doctor, GP, therapist, registered dietitian, financial advisor, accountant, psychotherapist, psychoanalyst, medical consultant, mental health care professional, solicitor, employee, agent, community aid advisor/advocate, community support worker, substance abuse consolers, mentors, public relations, marriage/family therapist or mediator, business manager or debt management consultant.
Client understands that the coach has not promised and shall not be obligated to and will not;
(1) procure or attempt to procure employment or business or sales for client. (2) preform any business management functions including but not limited to accounting, tax or investment consulting, or advice with regard thereto; (3) act as a therapist, providing psychoanalysis, psychological counselling or behavioural therapy. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. Client acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis of physical/mental health disorders, mental health conditions or the prescribing of medication, complementary therapy medicine or physiotherapy treatment. The Client understands that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counselling, mentoring, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed. If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is recommended that the Client promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the coaching relationship agreed upon by the Client and the Coach.
The Client is also advised to contact their medical health care professional/mental health care professional should they be experiencing symptoms of severe depression and or related mental health conditions or conditions of a physical nature. Including fits, seizures, epilepsy, schizophrenia, personality disorder, psychosis, suicidal thoughts etc. The client will seek professional guidelines for such matters. (4) act as a public relations manager (5) act as a publicist to precure any publicity, interview, write-ups, features, television, print or digital media exposure for client (6) introduce Client to Consultants full network of contacts, media partners or business partners.
Client understands that a relationship does not exist between the parties after the conclusion of this coaching program. If the parties continue their relationship, a separate coaching agreement will be entered into. Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.
3.Children's Privacy
Our Coaching service does not address anyone under the age of 18. Care2TalkLeads do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us immediately as we will take steps to remove that information.
4. Session Format of Communication
The Coaching program/other coaching support services that is on offer, will be conducted by any one or more of the following methods: online (use of various modes for online communication), and/or telephone. The coach will be available to communicate with you in between coaching sessions where approachable and appropriate, via e-mail, unless your coaching program price plan, includes telephone support. Should your coaching program package not be inclusive of telephone support then an additional fee would be chargeable as an additional fee for that particular service. As this will be regarded as an additional service.
For example, 2 phone calls made to the coach within the 6 week coaching program.
Your coach may be available to provide additional support by way of extending the allotted program time. An additional fee is chargeable for this extension to the coaching program.
For example, reviewing documents, reading or writing reports, providing support and by way of engaging you the client coaching related pursuits and attitudes outside of coaching sessions and hours.
5. Procedure
The coach and the client will agree and confirm:
· Time and day coaching sessions will commence
· Duration of coaching sessions/ other service in minutes or hours.
· Number of coaching sessions
· Method and platform of communication for coaching session(s)/other coaching support services that is on offer
The onus is on you the client to initiate all scheduled calls.
You the client will call your coach on the telephone number/email provided for all of your scheduled coaching sessions/communications.
You will be notified on any changes to the coaching program/other coaching support services that is on offer, by telephone number/email. Prior to your scheduled coaching appointment where you will be provided with an alternative telephone number.
6. Fee
All fees are to be paid in advance of coaching session(s) and all other coaching support services that are available.
The initial fee will be agreed between the coach and the client.
7. Rescheduling policy
Coaching Session/Program
Once payment is made for booking a session(s)/program, fees are 100% non-refundable, but session fees can be applied to an appointment at a later date if you need to reschedule. Each client receives one free rescheduling booking, only if the session is rescheduled prior to the 48-hour window before the call. To reschedule, you must do so prior to 48 hours before your session begins or your payment and one-time complimentary rescheduling will be forfeited. To reschedule your coaching session, simply fill out the contact us form found on the Contact Us page on the Care2talkLeads website. If the session is cancelled within the 48 hours before the scheduled start of your call, we reserve the right to charge client for the missed coaching session. No refunds are available.
Anxiety Remedial Support Repository (ARSR)
No rescheduling or refund will be permitted under any circumstances.
Cancelations
If the client cancels for any reason the fee will not be refunded, and they will not be moved to another appointment. As this service does not provide follow up calls.
8. Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. You are responsible for full payment of the fees for the session(s)/program. Regardless if you use the information or not.
All refunds are discretionary as determined by Care2TalkLeads. If you download all the materials, take advantage of the special deals/ discounts, and then ask for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your request. Stealing the material is NOT covered under this policy.

9. Client responsibility
This is a specifically individual tailor-made program that is developed for strictly educational and coaching purposes ONLY. Client accepts and agrees that they are solely 100% responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of/or resulting from the coaching relationship and their coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or interaction(s), or for any direct or indirect result of any coaching services provided by the Coach, their progress and results from the coaching program. Care2TalkLeads makes no representations, warranties or guarantees verbally or in writing. Client understands that because of the nature of the program and extent, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary. Client acknowledges that as with any coaching endeavour, there is an inherent risk. There is no guarantee that Client will reach their goals as a result of participation in the coaching program. The coaching program, education and information is intended for personal use ONLY and does not purport to be, nor should it be constructed as, specific advice tailored to any individual. Care2TalkLeads assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any materials. The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to constructive feedback, assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program. If the client believes that the coaching session/program does not meet their expectations, you the client agrees to communicate with your coach. These terms and conditions are pertaining to Section 9 Client Responsibility and therefore is applicable to all of our coaching/support services.
10.Severability/waiver
If any provision of this Agreement is held by to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue in full force. The failure of either Party to exercise any right provided for herein will not be deemed a waiver of that right or any further rights hereunder.
11.Limitation of Liability
Client agrees they use Care2TalkLeads coaching services at their own risk and the coaching program is only an educational service being provided. Client releases Care2TalkLeads, heirs, successors, Participants, and related entities any way as well as the venue where the programs are being held (if applicable) and any its owners, (hereafter “Releases”) from any and all damages that may result from any claims arising from any agreements, all actions, causes of action, contracts, claims, suits, costs, demands and damages of whatever nature of kind in law or in equity arising from my participation in the coaching programs. Client accepts any and all risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable. Client agrees that Care2TalkLeads will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of Care2TalkLeads coaching services or participation in the coaching program. Care2TalkLeads assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions that my appear in any of the coaching materials.
You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to you to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
12. Assignment
Client may not assign (transfer) this Agreement without the express written consent of Care2TalkLeads.
13. Modification
Care2TalkLeads may modify the terms of this agreement at any time. All modifications shall be posted on the Care2TalkLeads website and client shall be notified.
14. Confidentiality
The Care2TalkLeads respects Client’s privacy and insists that Client respects the Care2TalkLeads and coaching Program Participants (herein referred to as “Participants”) privacy. Thus, consider this a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Any Confidential Information shared by coaching program participants or any representative of Care2TalkLeads is confidential, Proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to the Participant who discloses it. Parties agree not to disclose, reveal or make use of any Confidential Information or any transactions, during discussions, on any platform, forum or otherwise. Client agrees not to use such confidential information in any manner other than in discussion with other Participants during the coaching program. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information disclosed in connection with this Agreement, and shall not include information rightfully obtained from a third party. Both Parties (coach and client) will keep Confidential Information in strictest confidence and shall use the best efforts to safeguard the Confidential Information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss and theft. Client agrees not to breach/violate the Care2TalkLeads publicity or privacy rights. Furthermore, Client will NOT reveal any information to a third party obtained in connection with this Agreement or Care2TalkLeads direct dealings with Client including but not limited to; names, email address, third-party company titles or positions, phone numbers or addresses. Additionally, Coach will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose confidential information to any third party. Further by entering into the coaching program and contract this coaching program/service you agree that if you breach/violate or display any likelihood of breaching/violating this coaching program/session, Care2TalkLeads and/or the other coaching program participant(s) will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such breaches /violations to protect against the harm of such breaches and violations.
15. Data Protection and Information
You the client is aware that your Coach/support coach will regard as well as treat your information as confidential, your information will be stored securely and protected. If you want a copy of your information you may inform us should you purpose otherwise in writing. If you disclose acts and or intentions of child abuse, elder abuse or neglect or make threats to cause harm to yourself or another person you the client understand that necessary steps and actions may be taken, and your confidentiality agreement may be disclosed rendering it limited in this capacity. In addition, should the Coach be ordered by a court to submit details and information or is asked to give evidence, the coach/support coach will do so in compliance to the requirement of UK law.
Data Retention Policy
The client acknowledges that the coach has informed them of the Data Retention policy in regard to information documents and any other data acquired or exchanged during the length and duration of the coach and client working relationship. The records will be securely maintained by the coach in a format of the coach’s choice be it in print, digital or electronic format for a period of no less than 6 years +1. This information is purely for tax purposes and to be in compliance with GDPR (UK)
Data Security
You understand that the use of technology is not always secure, and you accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, phone, Skype, PayPal and any other technology.
16. Termination
Care2TalkLeads is committed to providing all clients in the coaching program with a positive coaching program experience. By partaking in and entering into the coaching agreement/onto the coaching program. Client agrees that Care2TalkLeads may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate Client’s participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness if Client becomes disruptive to Care2TalkLeads or Participants, Client fails to follow the program guidelines, code of conduct, is difficult to work with, impairs the participation of the other participants in the program or upon violation of the terms as determined by Care2TalkLeads. Client will still be liable to pay the total contract amount. Client further acknowledges that they may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time.
The Client may terminate the Coaching Agreement at any given time, but client must give 2 weeks’ notice to the coach. If the client choses to cancel/terminate the coaching program Care2TalkLeads will not issue any refunds regardless of any unused coaching sessions. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching sessions and services rendered through completed coaching sessions as paid in advance and including the effective date of termination of the final outstanding coaching services and coaching relationship.
17.No transfer of Intellectual Property
Care2TalkLeads coaching program is copyrighted and original materials that have been provided to Client are for Client’s individual use only and a single-user license. Client is not authorized to use any of Care2TalkLeads intellectual property for Client’s business purposes. All intellectual property, including Care2TalkLeads copyrighted coaching program and/or coaching program materials, shall remain the sole property of Care2TalkLeads. No license to sell or distribute Care2TalkLeads materials is granted or implied. By embarking on the coaching program and by obtaining coaching program materials, Client agrees (1) not to infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights, (2) that any Confidential Information shared by Care2TalkLeads is confidential and proprietary, and belongs solely and exclusively to Care2TalkLeads, (3) Client agrees not to disclose such information to any other person or use it in any manner other than in discussion with their coach at Care2Talkleads. Further, by entering onto this coaching program, Client agrees that if Client violates/in breach or displays any likelihood of violating/breach any of Client’s agreements contained in this paragraph Care2TalkLeads will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such breach/violations and to protect against the harm of such violations/breach.
18. Indemnification
Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Care2TalkLeads from and against any and all liabilities and expense whatsoever – including without limitation, claims, damages, judgments, awards, settlements, investigations, costs, solicitors fees, and disbursements – which any of them may incur or become obligated to pay arising out of or resulting from the offering for sale, the sale, and/or use of the coaching services/materials, excluding, however, any such expenses and liabilities which may result from a breach of this Agreement or sole negligence or wilful misconduct by Care2talkleads. Client shall defend Care2Talkleads in any legal actions, regulatory actions, or the like arising from or related to this Agreement. Client recognizes and agrees that Care2TalkLeads shall not be held personally responsible or liable for any actions or representations of Care2TalkLeads. In consideration of and as part of the clients payment for the right to participate in Care2TalkLeads coaching services/programs, the undersigned, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns do hereby release, waive, acquit, discharge, indemnify, defend, hold harmless and forever discharge Care2TalkLeads and its heirs, successor as well as the venue where the services/programs are being held (if applicable) and any of its owners, (hereinafter “Releases”) of and from all actions, causes of action, contracts, claims, suits, costs, demands and damages of whatever nature or kind in law or in an equity arising from my participation in the coaching services/programs.
19. Duty to Read
You accept that under this agreement, you have a duty to read these terms of participation policy and have done so. Furthermore, you understand and accept that you are precluded from using lack of reading as a defence against all remedies contained herein. you agree that should you have any questions or queries or not understating any aspect or content contain within these terms and conditions then you are to speak to a member of Care2talkLeads personnel. Failure to do so is your responsibility.
20. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and Coach agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after notice given. If the dispute is not so resolved, and in the event of legal action the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover solicitor’s/legal fees and court costs from the other party.
21. Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK without giving effect to any conflicts of law’s provisions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. If you access these Websites from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
