Our Company collects the following data:

·  Personal information: Name, email address, phone number, address, job position, marital status, family situation, medical history, Skype ID. 

·   All of the information gathered are not passed onto third parties and its main purpose is to develop a personalised plan to help you. When the course is finished the data will be disposed of  securely after 1 year.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process the data when you:

Voluntary complete the client questionnaire before the coaching sessions begins.

Voluntary complete a customer survey or provide feedback via email.

Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

Care2TalkLeads collects your data so that we can develop a personalised coaching  program plan.

The email or phone number will be used for enquiries and coaching sessions also PayPal to pay for our services. 

Email address will be used for communication and / or to use Skype.

Care2TalkLeads do not collect any sensitive data about you such as, ethnicity race, or philosophical or religious believes sexual orientation, sex life, criminal convictions and offences, trade union membership, political view and/or opinions.

 When Care2TalkLeads process you order it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

How do we store our data?

Your personal information will be  stored in a secured locked safe. AtCare2TalkLeads we will strive to do our best to protect your personal data. However, transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure.  The transmission of your information sent via the internet to us is done so at your own risk. Care2TalkLeads cannot ensure the security of your data transmitted to the website. 

How long do we store your data?

In compliance with our Data Retention Policy, Care2TalkLeads will keep your name, address, phone number and email address  for 6 years +1. This information is purely for tax purposes and to be in compliance with GDPR (UK). Once this time period has  expired, we will delete your by securely disposed by the means of a professional  shredder unit.
